This is not the typical "rental villa" - it is our home in Florida that we rent out, and this is reflected in the quality of the accommodation, the fixtures and the location.
The villa is located in a corner of a cul-de-sac on Rotonda West, and is the perfect place to relax and recharge your batteries.
It is adjacent to Long Marsh Golf Club, one of 5 top quality clubs on the Rotonda - although secluded by trees from the annoying habit of having golfers driving by whilst you are relaxing!
The villa is built on an oversized plot, with a large garden.
The living area consists of a well proportioned lounge or great room with patio doors that
open out on to the south facing lanai, deck and 32 foot heated pool.
There is a generously sized "nook" or breakfast room, and a separate formal dining room.
A fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, leads to a utility room and on to the integral double garage.
On one complete side of the house is the Master Bedroom suite - tastefully furnished with a King sized double bed, walk in wardrobes and a large en-suite bathroom with a luxury marble bath, walk in shower , toilet and twin marble topped vanity units.
The bedroom has French doors that lead directly to the pool for that early morning swim!
On the other side of the house, we have the second bedroom with a Queen sized double bed, and the third bedroom which has twin beds. Both rooms have ample wardrobe and storage space, and share the adjoining family bathroom.
Outside we have the large south facing deck, lanai and pool - perfect to enjoy the sun and to stay out long into the night enjoying the glorious Florida weather.
